One to One Health Director of Clinical Operations
With more than 10 years of healthcare management experience, Ashley oversees clinical operations at One to One Health and is responsible for staff management, recruiting, vendor supply and inventory, utilization reporting, and wellness program oversight. Ashley has a passion for improved health and wellness and is driven to see those changes take place in Sumner County. Ashley, along with her husband and three children, live in Sumner County, and she is dedicated to serving the community in which she lives and works.
Jaime Muncy, Vice Chair

Jaime works for the County Executive office where she is one of Mr. Holt’s assistants, coordinates the County ThreeStar program & other various duties for the County. She has been with the county for over 12 years. She has been on the health committee for 11 years. She was born and raised in Sumner County, where she continues to live with her husband, Billy, 2 bonus sons & a daughter. She likes to cook, relax by the pool and help in the community when she is able.
Earl Bushong, Sumner County Board of Education
Britlyn Duncan , Sumner County Schools Coordinated School Health
Britlyn Duncan has been working in Sumner County Schools for four years and enjoys getting to use her passion for health in her job as Coordinator of Coordinated School Health. She has a background in kinesiology and nutrition and enjoys exercising and cooking and eating healthy foods. She is glad to be able to work alongside other members of the community as part of the Sumner County Health Committee to encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle.
Janel Garrett, Sumner County Schools Coordinated School Health Coordinator
Janel is a transplant from sunny Southern California, but lovingly now calls Tennessee her forever Heaven South home. (Thank you for the inspiration, Brad Paisley). She is the mother of 5; 4 adult children and 1 teenager. She is also grandma to 5 spoiled and incredibly loved grandchildren. Janel is passionate about and loves to share in the area’s of healthy living, nutrition and mental health. Last year she made the move to a vegan diet and has survived. “I am hooked!” In her spare time, (let’s be honest, it’s about 10 minutes a night), Janel loves to share a journey of joy and positive thoughts on her Facebook page. You just might find a great healthy recipe on there too.
Beth Gray, Sumner County Health Department Health Educator
Beth graduated from Pennsylvania State University of Altoona in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Beth is currently a Public Health Educator at the Sumner County Health Department. She previously worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA for Girls on the Run Nashville. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
Suzanna Haynes, Sumner County Health Department Health Educator
Suzanna graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Exercise Science, and Wellness, with a concentration in K-12 endorsement. After acquiring her Master of Arts in 2013, she taught at Cumberland University as an adjunct professor in the Health and Human Performance department. With over eight years of teaching experience in gymnasiums and classroom settings, she is currently a Public Health Educator for Sumner County and enjoys motivating others to be the best version of themselves academically and physically. Suzanna loves to read, work out, research healthy recipes, and occasionally cook them.
Hal Hendricks, Sumner County Health Department County Director
Anthony Holt, Sumner County Executive
Anthony Holt was elected to the office of the County Executive in 2008, and is currently serving his fourth term. He previously served 18 years as a county commissioner. He is chief financial officer for the county, oversees facilities management for county buildings and also is responsible for appointments to numerous government committees, boards and commissions. As county executive he represents Sumner County on a variety of Middle Tennessee boards, including the Greater Nashville Regional Council, Regional Transportation Authority, the Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency and Middle Tennessee Workforce Board. A 1980 graduate of the University of Memphis with a bachelor’s degree cum laude in business administration, he has worked in the accounting and financial analyst fields. He is a previous small business owner and retired from American Airlines. Mr. Holt lives in the Long Hollow Pike area with his wife Carla, and is the father of two children, Eric and Scarlett.

Susan is the Center Director at Cumberland Mental Health. She also serves as a member of the Sumner County Health Committee, and is the secretary for the Gallatin Noon Rotary.
Pat Price, New Vision, Inc
Kit Sinyard, Sumner County Anti-Drug Coalition
Kit is the current Director of the Sumner County Anti-Drug Coalition and leads the Coalition’s underage drinking prevention strategies. Kit attended Western Kentucky University and is still involved with her college sorority, Chi Omega. She is also a dedicated member of the local Foster Care Review Board in Sumner County. Kit has served on the board of directors of the Gallatin Chamber of Commerce, Sumner County Recovery Court and Greater Gallatin. Kit has been married since 1983 to her husband Mike and they have one grown son, James. Kit loves baking, antiquing, taking pictures, and vacationing on the lovely Alabama coast!
Lugene Sloan, Retired Sumner County Schools PE Teacher
Lugene Sloan is a graduate of MTSU with a BS in elementary education and physical education plus a master's degree in administration and supervision. She taught 37 years in Sumner County she is a member of Delta Kappa Gamma teacher Honor Society and Sumner County retired Teachers Association. Her hobbies include gardening and bike riding. Lugene has a daughter and one grandson.
